3 Dessert Smoothies (that are secretly healthy)

Mocha Smoothie


2 Frozen Bananas.
1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder.
2 teaspoons Instant Espresso Powder.
½ cups Milk of your choice.

Next step is to blend, blend, blend!


Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

2 Frozen Bananas.
1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder.
1 Tablespoon Smooth Peanut Butter.
1½ Milk of your choice.
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract.

BLEND IT ALL!


Cinnamon Oats Smoothie

2 Frozen Bananas.
¼ Cup Rolled Oats.
3 Dates.
1½ Cups Milk of your choice.
A sprinkle of Cinnamon.
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract.


Remove the pits from the dates & make sure it's soft and gooey. You may want to soak them in hot water for a few minutes to soften.
